Hi Scotty. I got 2010 prius with 360k km and P3190 came up - low engine power.
I change all possible thing sugessted on forums and you tube, checking for vacuum leaks, cleaning first than replacing MAF sensor, cleaning throttle body, replacing watter pump, cleaning EGR and cooler, cleaning air intake menafold, replacing MAP sensor, camshaft and crankshaft sensor... Head gasket was put 3000km before that code, could that job gone wrong.
Official workshop did not fine anything, they could start putting engine appart, but I do not trust them that much.
