Hello. I am planning on purchasing a 2008 Honda Fit with 98k miles. Checked under the hood and there was a new Honda battery. Didn't smell anything burning, even after a test drive. Carfax was spotless and looks like car was serviced regularly. Only had one owner. Only light on was the TPMS, which I know is a common annoying light that just shouldn't be bothered with after a certain point. Only other issue was the AC button seemed to be stuck "On." I was able to find a video on Youtube for how to replace it, but I didn't know if anyone knew where to find the part for the AC/Defrost button unit?
Try changing to modes to see if the light for ac goes off. Some vehicles when set to defrost or recirculating air that light will automatically come on because the compressor will cycle during those operations
