Pure Power Oil Filter is rated as the best oil filter with no replacement for the lifetime of the engine. It costs $249.97? What do you guys think? Gimmick and Snake Oil?

Kind of reminds me of a friend's father who bought an oil filter setup that replaced the normal spin-on filter with a canister and a roll of toilet paper. I **** you not.
