Hello, I have a 2016 Jeep Cherokee with 60k that hums from what sounds like the blower motor (by the dashboard, passenger side) but this is only an issue with the heat on, not with the AC. I was wondering if anyone had any guidance before trying to replace the blower motor since everyone's charging a solid amount. Thank you all in advance!

Well the only difference between heat and AC is it when you have the heat on the blend door opens to the heater core instead of opening to the AC evaporator core. So perhaps something to stop there that makes it harm like a old Kleenex or something you might try to look inside with a flashlight if not that then odds are the actuator door on the heater is worn and it is humming
