I have a 2015 Dodge Charger se 3.6l I been having a overheating problem and I checked my fan to see if it running and it was but when I put my hand near it one of the fan was blowing hot air from the radiator and on the other of the fan it blowing cool air from the radiator I have a single fan system in my car is there a problem with the radiator pushing out two different templates to cool the engine and not just cold air

If part of the radiator is cold that indicates it is clogged. I wouldn't expect that on a car only 7 years old but it's possible. You might want to check it for cold spots with an infrared thermometer. Other than that another likely suspect would be the thermostat stuck closed. If you're losing coolant you may have a blown head gasket, you can check for that with one of the test kits that Scotty has demonstrated.
