hello, I was at the mechanic to have my AC checked and a leak issue was fixed but the technician said I should have my fans checked as the right side of the fan blows faster than the left side (Please note that both fans come on when I start the ignition). Could that be an issue that will affects the heating of the car engine or the efficiency of the AC? My car is a Toyota Camry 2007 2.4L. Thank you

It means one of the fans isn't working fine, as long as you don't overheat and the AC works fine, I would not worry about it but keep eyes on that.
