I recently change my radiator, while changing I also remove the line for the ac condenser. There something that came off in the lower line. Then I notice that both fan are not working. What do you think the cause that it wont turn on? I put everything back how where they belong. The only thing that I didn't, was the one that leak in the condenser line. Thank you.

I would verify the refrigerant is filled to the proper capacity as well as check the refrigerant pressure sensor connection. If not connected it can cause similar concerns
