2003 Dodge ram 1500 5.9L gas engine, vin starts with Z 139k miles
so my truck started running pretty poorly lately, code P0301 cylinder 1 misfire.
I swapped the tubes from 1 to 3 to see if it was the wires and it did set off cylinder 3 code
I changed all the spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor, and rotor. And the car runs much better, however not how it use to feel, after about 20 miles it set off cylinder 1 again. I did a compression test on all cylinders and theyre all good and within range.
What else can i do? Im thinking about sending it to one of those shops where they test and clean your fuel injectors for about $100. If that doesnt work im officially out of ideas.

Have you changed that too?
Yes i changed them too
(update as of today) i was driving it around and it stalled out on me and died, when i turn the key it wouldn't crank, i had someone tap the alternator and it started again. It lasted until i got home and died again.
Could possibly be the alternator or fuel pump but i have to work so i won't have much time to figure it out.
The battery is full charge, my next step is check the voltage on fuses
