I have a 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500 with 74,000 miles. It has a 6 l gas engine. When I go over a bump into my driveway I've been hearing a rattle/ knocking sound coming from the back. I've done all sorts of things to try to figure it out. I took the tonneau cover off, spare tire, carabiners I have on my hitch but nothing seems to stop it. I even shook the back of the truck and had my son listen on the side but couldn't really tell where it was coming from. Any ideas on what else I should look at?

Any ideas on what else I should look at?
Check the exhaust, particularly the heat shields/hangers and even the rear suspension.
