i have a fiesta 2009 1.6 ztec s 120hp. The car is sound, but when i change from the first to the second and in general in low gears i can hear a rattling noize coming from the front side of the car (external). I took it to 3 mechanics, one told me it was the the right top mount, after he review the top mount he said to me its not that, then the second mechanic change the ball joint-problem was still there, then i took it to the third mechanic, he checked everything and he said some cars have that noise and owners never found out, it might have to do with your headlights. I really dont know what to do, as the noize bothers me !!!

You need to find a mechanic that actually knows what he's doing. You obviously have not found one yet. Keep trying.
A primary suspect of rattling noises would be the catalytic converter heat shield or the converter itself breaking up inside.
You could try to find the source of the noise using one of the gadgets that Scotty has demonstrated.
