Hi guys I am looking to buy. A platinum Rav 4 2017 AWD 28,500 km on it for 22,000 Canadian dollars.. play money for Scotty .
I know a garage pre safety would be best but any other ideas ? Fair price?

I personally like to look at Kelly Blue Book for pricing.

Price guides are highly inflated due to the fact that the companies that publish them also are owners of large nationwide dealerships and it is in their best interest to value cars at higher prices. Best way to know your getting a good price is to use a service that will tell you what other people in your area are actually paying. A RAV4 in Texas is going to be valued completely differently than one in Canada or Africa for that matter! LOL
