My dad has a 2006 Rav4 with the 2.4 litter 4 cylinder engine. We noticed excessive vibration inside the car while sitting in park or neutral.. in drive, the car vibrates a little bit but not too much but if you rev it in neutral, the car shakes really bad and is noticeable while sitting inside. Also noticed the engine itself shakes too and the air box. We checked the engine mounts and the top one in the passenger side looked bad so we installed a brand new one but didn’t change the transmission one and the front one because they look relatively new but they have a sticker that says “made in Thailand” and the one in the back looks fine so I don’t know what the issue could be because we also changed the spark plugs. Can this issue be caused by those 2 Thailand mounts?

Seems like you have a combination of problems. First off even though they look good are the "new mounts properly secured/torqued down? And then excess vibration can indicate bad air-fuel mixture. Smoke test to start and go from there.

You should change all the engine mounts together. Also check the transmission mounts as well.
