Hey Scotty,
Currently leasing a 2020 Toyota rav4 trail (Canadian version of the Adventure) and love it. I’m thinking of buying the car outright at the end of the lease but curious if you think these newer models will have the longevity that the older toyota’s are known for. What are your thoughts? Lucky for me a family member runs the dealership so may be able to get a better deal on the residual. Thanks!

If you don’t have any problems at the end of the lease, sure, buy it. It’ll be better than buying a used car later on, with an unknown history.

I'd say buy it bc the one you're leasing technically was new too bc nobody else ever used it
