Scotty,

you have quite a few cars right? I’m planning to be a mechanic like you and would like to own a bunch of reliable vehicles, that way I don’t have to buy any of those electric crappy vehicles that they are making, plus older cars are way more reliable. I’m 16 1/2 right now but learned a lot by watching your videos

Currently I have a 2004 Toyota Camry XLE 2.4L 4CYL with the wonderful VVT-I! My first car I ever drove was my moms 2007 Honda Odyssey, not sure how many miles it has, I think around 130,000. Then I bought a used car for 2 grand. It was a 2001 Toyota Camry/Solara SLE V6 engine in excellent shape. Had it for 3 months with 183,000 miles. Sadly I got into an accident 4-5 months ago and wasn’t my fault, guy ran a red light and crashed and destroyed my car 🙁 very sad few days after that but thankfully I wasn’t hurt. Couple weeks after I got my insurance money back, my parents surprised me with the Camry, even though it has high mileage, doesn’t matter for a Toyota or a Honda 😀 No rust and no problems! that’s how I fell in love with my Toyota’s and Honda’s!

Anyways I want to buy/loan 6 vehicles but not sure what year to get, and don’t know if I’m gonna get them all but would like at least 4 vehicles besides the truck I want. A 2010 Toyota Tacoma Base Regular Cab with the 2.7L 4 cylinder is the one I want to get first when I turn 18. What are your thoughts on this truck? And as well as the following: (just need help finding on what year to get. Looking for the most reliable long lasting and affordable vehicles to buy) so I don’t have to

get those worthless electric vehicles. “I don’t want the car that goes whoosh whoosh, I want the car that goes vroom vroom” also pray that they will continue to make parts for these cars until I die or else I’m screwed…

- Toyota Sienna XLE
want something for traveling and to fit a bunch of stuff

- Honda CR-V

I heard these vehicles can run FOREVER!!! That’s why I want to get one!

-Honda Civic

Great fuel economy and a great traveling car

-Toyota Camry/Solara

definitely getting this car back, except I’m shooting for the 4 cylinder instead and a convertible car for the summer

Which year of these vehicles is the most affordable and most reliable?

and one more question…

Which year and model Subaru is the most reliable?

Sorry I know I’m asking a lot, but greatly appreciated on your guys help, thanks 🙂

You can't beat them Tacoma their great trucks. But Subarus really they're automatic transmission it's always been weak if you can find one with the standard only by Subarus with four cylinder engines they're six under engines are on dependable as they age
