Hey Scotty
I park my truck (an old 2004 Landcruiser with 251k miles, that runs like a clock!) outside - and today was the third time I found a rodent (squirrel? chipmunk) nest under the hood -- with many wires chewed. I've had my mechanic fix the problem twice. The last time they repaired the issue they wrapped the wires with tape sold by Honda that's supposed to repel rodents. I also put drier sheets in the truck - as they suggested that could repel them too.
Neither idea worked - based on the evidence today. When I dropped off the truck the mechanic said he might try to build some sort of chicken wire nest to protect the wires - to keep the damn buggers out.
Any ideas on how to keep rodents away? I'm getting desperate - and thinking I need to buy a few feral cats...
Thanks!
Nick

I have been using peppermint oil, the jury is still out.
Mix plaster of paris and flour in a bowl. They'll eat it, the plaster will harden and they'll die.
