[Solved] Rough Idle in 2011 Dodge Durango

I have a 2011 Dodge Durango Crew 3.6 with 161K miles. Recently it started idling rough, I checked the codes and was getting P0171, P0300, P2097, and P0131. At the suggestion of a mechanic friend I used some intake cleaner that seemed to help a bit then I changed the spark plugs and upper intake gaskets. This did seem to help a bit but its still missing some when idling after a bit and it's still giving a code P0171 and P0300. I'm not a mechanic but I can typically following instructions, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Scotty and community!

Clarification: Do you have freeze frame data you can provide? It can offer more clues. To see what freeze frame data is see below:

Clarification: Also what do your STFT and LTFT at idle and at 1500 rpm and 2500 rpm look like?

P0171 is a “System Lean Bank 1” condition and P0300 is “Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire” code.  Tackle P171 first which may also fix the P0300 code.

I know the earlier designed 3.6s had issues with cracked heads that cause that rough idle. Usually it’s cylinder #2 that is the problem child. I heard that FCA extended the warranty for those early generation 3.6 but I would confirm that. Could be something else but that’s the biggest complaint I’ve heard with those early 3.6s. You can check motor reviewer .com and it will give you everything there is about that motor. Including common problems.
