i have a 2015 toyota prius with 112k miles on it. we bought it used at 75k miles and it's been flawless since. twice now i've had a rumble on cold start up that goes away after a few seconds. it tripped trouble codes for 3 cylinders misfiring. when i took it to the mechanic, he couldn't find anything wrong and recommended to go to the toyota dealer for a software upgrade and they didnt find anything either. what gives?

No he knows things. I would just replace the ignition coils. They're probably starting to go out and having trip permanent called yet but that's a known flaw in those
