Hey Scotty! My 2002 Camry 2.4L has been making a rattling noise while cranking in start up, and recently it has stopped running entirely, I only hear the starter constantly spinning (not clicking, just spinning) when I try to start it. I checked the battery, fuel pump, all the fuses, and the alternator and they are all good. I took out the starter to have it tested at my 3 local AutoZones and they all said the starter is still good. What could it be?

Check the timing chain.
