I see a 2005 Mazda MPV for sale near me, it has 144,000 miles on it and an automatic transmission.
Seller says it has no issues and wants about $4,700 for it. Are these vehicles good for an everyday driver?

For the most part, they're pretty decent vehicles except the fact it has a junky Jatco transmission connection to that vehicle. I wouldn't recommend you getting it unless you like spending a boat load of money rebuilding and/or replacing the tranny every 100k miles or so.

My friend had one of those. Not good for daily driving.
