I plan on using it as a daily driver(90% city driving). It's going for $1500 with 120,000 miles. Thanks.

It's a 19 year old Volvo. It really doesn't sound like a great daily driver. Are you just looking for a cheap car? Gimme a few more details and I can help you find something good
