2005 Ford Escape 260,000 miles.  i am not the best with cars and used Sea Foam as directed on the label  when i did a cleansing oil change and after running 12 new quarts of oil through the system my SUV showed the oil pressure light and heard the engine knock. i immediately turned off the engine waited and restarted after and it ran good a few seconds then knocked and i turned it off. apparently cleaned inside of sludge--is there a way to flush the oil system?

Did you use 1 ounce per quart of oil?  Seafoam is a chemical additive designed to be used on two cycle outboard motors.

yep, already sounds bad...i added 5 oz to the jug i used to mix it to the container that first round yes

As @doc says Seafoam was formulated to be used in old-school 2-cycle outboard motors, it should not be used in a modern automotive engine.

Unfortunately if the engine is knocking the damage is already done and it's unlikely that further oil changes will help.
