I've already replaced sparks with wires, dis cap and rotor, MAP sensor, o2 sensor, EGR Valve, EGR solenoid, and Ive cleaned my idle control valve and throttle body. I have no clue! Quite frustrating...
Well look for vacuum leaks on the intake system that will do it. Also perhaps have the fuel injectors cleaned that thing's so old. They may be clogged and they often might even be worn out and need replacing being that old
@scottykilmer Thanks for the quick reply! I'll take a look into vacuum leaks. I've ran a good amount of fuel injector and fuel system cleaner through my tank... is it possible that those cleaners would be unable to help those injectors?

Scotty doesn't usually return to topics he has already answered. He has said on several occasions that he has found the best fuel system cleaner to be the ATS Carbon Clean product.
@chucktobias Thanks for the info man
