I have a 2017 ford explorer, i did rotor and break pad swap i have new tires and alignment no bent rim but car still shakes horribly only when i break could it be my motor mounts? Its a sport ecoboost. Also no lose bolts on calipers
Did you use good quality rotors or cheap aftermarket ones?
Not to mention pads.
Check for loose suspension components.
Make sure lug nuts are torqued to spec in a criss cross pattern.
Go over all the suspension. (shocks, stabilizer bar, balljoints etc.etc.)

I know this sounds crazy, but did you verify that they did change the rotors, and pads? I don't put anything past a shop these days.
Did the pulsing start right after you got the pads and rotors, or was it braking okay for a time then started?
