Should I sell my 2000 Chevrolet S10 4.3 L V6 pickup truck with 153,000 miles for a 2000 Toyota Camry four-cylinder with 212,000 miles to save money on gas?

Sure, only if the vehicle passes inspection from a qualified/reliable/trustworthy mechanic.
It's easier to purchase a used car with good service history as well.
