The car has 164,000 miles, automatic transmission, (not scanned), used car from dealership, 2.4L I4 DOHC i-VTEC 16V. It has been in 2 reported accidents one deemed minor (2019) and one moderate (2017) both to the front left part of the vehicle. The vehicle is listed at $6,900. Would this be a good buy given the car still has a lot of life? I am just looking for reliability.

For myself, a single minor accident wouldn't automatically exclude a car from being purchased if it had been meticulously maintained. That Honda without being wrecked retails for around $6500 so look elsewhere.
Do not buy any car unless it passes your mechanic's thorough pre-purchase inspection.
