Should I buy this 2007 GS350 V6 Lexus with 91,000 miles for 7,600 from a used car dealership in Massachusetts

It depends. For example, I lived in Massachusetts for nine years (five in Lowell, four in New Bedford). If it's a local vehicle, the unibody must be checked for rust. "Rust never sleeps," Scotty quoting Neil Young.

If the unibody is significantly rusted, stay away.

What's the service history? Even the best engineered vehicles develop problems if the maintenance is poor. And, given that this is a 2007, there were also problems with a potentially cracked dash and door plastics. Check those.

Have an independent mechanic give it a go with his scan tool, and also visually inspect it. Make sure it's not rebuilt, flooded, in serious accidents or even stolen. (The title has to be in the name of the seller).

Gather unbiased data, then make a cost/benefit decision. Don't get prematurely emotionally attached to any vehicle that your looking at.

Definitely have it checked for rust. I'd also haggle on the price. $7000 would probably make me take a serious look at it.
