2003 Chevy Tahoe Fully Loaded Z71 4x4 $4,500 182,000 miles. It has decent leather interior, New headlights, new upper control arms, new front shocks, and clean title. Scotty said the older ones are better made. Is this a good choice?

Yes, the older ones, like me, are better made. Get a compression check.

almost 20yo vehicle, high mileage. It's barely worth anything. $4.5k is way too much.
