Thank you for all your content. I currently have a 2017 Nissan Rogue SL AWD with 40,000. I got the car in January because I was traveling 70 miles a day or more. I have always had a pickup truck and would like to get back into one. I don’t have to travel as much anymore because I recently got a new job, average about 15 miles a day. I have the opportunity to get a 2011 crew max 4x4 platinum Toyota Tundra with 100k for $25k. Should I trade my rogue or wait for the “crash.” My payments would be the same or maybe even less.

If the truck checks out mechanically, I'd trade.
IMO the market isn't going to go back to the lower prices like everyone thinks. Prices may retreat some, but these elevated levels are going to be the new norm.
