Should I change my transmission fluid

Hey Scotty, I bought a transmission from a junkyard 4L60e for a 1995 gmc sierra 1500 2wd with 200,000 automatic, the fluid looks brown. Mixture of brown and red. Kinda like a caramel color. It was rated A. Would it be okay to change it. Getting transmission replaced on it.

You're replacing the transmission so why bother with the fluid?
