Should I Do a Transmission Fluid Change?

Hey Scotty, I have a 2021 Camry TRD with a little over 20,000 miles on it. Any advice on when and if I should change the transmission fluid? For example, after so many years or miles or even at all? Heard numerous people saying to never do it but that just doesn’t seem right or practical. Thanks in advance!

Don't listen to them; there is no such thing as a lifetime fluid.

Not sure if yours is a sealed transmission or not (if it has dipstick to check or not), but in general change it every 50-60k miles. Some people say take whatever interval is in your owners manual and divide it by half (unless it says lifetime which no don't listen to that).

TRD ... so that's a 3.5L V6 (2GR-FKS ), mated to a 8-speed UA80E Direct Shift automatic?

drain & fill @ 50k should be fine.
