I have a 2022 Rav4 Hybrid XLE Premium and it was leaking oil around the pan. Toyota put dye in the oil and I was supposed to take it back after I drove 1000 miles. I did not. Next oil change they said they would put dye again to test it. I took it back and picked it up and the said they decided not to put dye and instead changed the gasket. That could be because I said when I went beyond the mileage for, the dye test, if the motor is leaking oil, you're going to see it regardless. There is 15.800 miles on this vehicle. I barely drive it. Other issues with my specific vin is the high energy cable. Toyota has extended the warranty. It should be recalled and replaced! Another issue I have is the driver side passenger door keeps filling with water, since I got the vehicle new in Feb 2022. Body panels aren't aligned properly etc.... I hate to lease another headache Any suggestions?
Well my first question is are you leasing it or do you own it? If your lease in it I would just get rid of it when the lease is over. If you own it they are pretty good cars. It sounds to me like you're being ripped off, which is typical for all dealers these days. Try to find an independent mechanic like me. For instance, if your door gets watering and any mechanic can fix that simply means the drain holes are clogged
