Squeaking noise in the cabin filter section

Hello scotty, thanks for putting up amazing content. It helps a lot.
I drive a 2010 Lexus IS250 RWD. It has no issues at all so far.
But I have been listening to some squeaking noises on the cabin filter side when i turn on the fan.I took it to a local mechanic but he said to change the blower motor, but I have checked the air blower motor taking it out and running it. It is clean and runs smooth at higher speeds too when I took it out (no squeaking noises). I even changed and clean regularly the cabin air filter (K&N filter).
It makes no noises at medium to low fan speeds but whenever I turn fan speed to high it makes squeaking noises.
please help as I can not figure out what is wrong and I don’t want to spend on buying new one unnecessarily when all is fine with the motor.

sounds like you need a new blower motor. Shouldn't cost much.
