My car has been making this weird consistent squeaking sound when the AC clutch is engaged, it does it sometimes for a second when it is not though. I was wondering if maybe you knew something about it before I went and bought a new ac compressor which I think is the culprit. I’ve tried looking up other things but couldn’t find anything that had to do with the AC and not the PCV. I had just recently changed my valve cover and fixed my intake because that had took a crap. If there is anything I can do to confirm exactly what the problem is like just changing my serpentine belt etc I would would love to know. Ac compressors are not cheap and look like a pain to change so if you have any tips please let me know. Thank you! ( Also been watching your YouTube for awhile now and has helped me with a lot of things and I’ve learned a lot, keep up the good work!)
Well of course, make sure that the belt is tight and not worn. You might just replace the belt first, but if it is making a noise then yeah it would be worn internally and replacing it before it blows up. Might not be a bad idea
