How do I fix Corolla stuck odometer

My 2004 Toyota Corella is still in good running condition.  But the Odo meter stuck at 299,999 and it is not going further.  I drove further 45 miles and how to get it fixed?.

That is a common problem on those cars. Unfortunately the only fix is to replace the instrument cluster.
