Hello, I replaced my srs module on my 2005 Honda Odyssey with 178,000 miles. I was not involved in an accident but I did have error codes 55-40 and 55-20 which both stated internal failure of SRS unit, so I replaced it with a used one. Those codes are gone now but now I have codes 85-64 “inconsistent opds” and 81-64 “ECU serial code inconsistent front passenger weight sensor unit.” My scanner won’t clear the codes. I believe it’s because the SRS unit doesn’t recognize the serial #of seat weight sensor. Is there anything I can do to fix this or is it a dealership thing? Thank You for any suggestions!
Well one they have to be reprogrammed you can't just replace them so you're going to have to find a dealer or a mechanic that has that level of scan tool. Until pray that the module you change is good it might be faulty
