I have 2016 Chevy Equinox 2.4 with 66,000 miles. While driving and or Idiling with car in park stabilitrak message comes on between 10 and 15 minutes after starting car and it goes into limp mode. After turning car off for a couple of minutes and trying to start it, sometimes the motor just cranks or a message comes up sayimg engine power lost. After a couple more minutes I start it back up and It's good until I have to drive it again. After some research I have changed 2 wheel speed sensors, got a front end alignment, and nothing worked. The only thing else I can possibly do is check the magnetic rings for the wheel speed sensors but i whould have to take hubs off to check that. Please Help im sick of spending money on this

You need to get it scanned for codes to find out what's really going on and isolate and fix the problem.  It may be something as simple as a low output alternator.

Thank You

It's possible the issue isn't with the traction control system at all.

The stabilitrak can get turned off for a lot of reasons. But the stabilitrak being turned off won't put the car in reduced power mode.

A problem with the electronic throttle control system will do that. It will also cause the traction control system to be turned off.

In your case you should hook up a scanner and look for any TAC (throttle Actuator Control) codes or any throttle angle codes. Also look at the desired throttle angle and the actual throttle angle in both the Freeze Frame (if any codes are present) and in live data.

Also, look into the throttle body itself and make sure it isn't dirty. A dirty throttle bore and/or throttle plate will screw up the desired throttle angle and the actual throttle angle at idle and even though the difference may not be enough to set a code, it can cause the computer to command reduced power mode and to disable the traction control system ((The TP angle with the throttle closed should be 0%)).

So, like @doc also suggested, get someone with a good scanner to check for any present or pending codes and observe the TAC/TPS data to make sure the problem isn't with the electronic throttle control and that the stabilitrak isn't just a result of that issue and not the actual problem

I did put a new throttle body on. The codes I get when the stabilitrak comes on and goes into limp mode is barometric pressure sensor, intake air temp sensor, mass air flow sensor (new), intake air humidity sensor, intake air temp sensor 2, right front wheel speed sensor (new), left front wheel speed sensor (new).

Why don't you give us the actual codes so we can look at them?
