I have a twin cam 1990 SW20 MR2 in manual, whenever I go to turn the key I hear a click and the fuel pump pouring gas. Also when I got a buddy to turn the key I felt a click from the relay ( so it’s not the relay) Also, when I try to turn the key the built in clock and the after market stereo shut off until I let go of the key. Please help as I cannot go anywhere until this is fixed Thank you!

Which relay are you talking about . . . the starter relay?

Yes the starter relay,
I can the fuel pump running whenever I turn the key ( it’s normal)
And no, the battery is good as it’s at 12.54
Loose connection at starter perhaps. But if positive the starter is good, I'd check to see if your clutch petal switch is working since it's a manual. I'm no pro but that's something I'd check
Could be a jammed starter. Get a friend to try and start it whilst you tap the starter with a wrench or something. First check all connections are tight.
