I noticed lately that my power steering feels like it sticks especially when the weather is warm and or the AC is running. No problem turning the wheels at stand still. When entering a turn the steering will stick in that position until i move it back. This mostly occurs in warmer weather whether AC is off or on. Doesn't seem to be issue in cooler temps. Not sure if this is simply a loose belt. Power steering fluid is normal fill. 96000 miles mostly highway.
