I had my power steering pump overhaul at the mechanic yesterday,when I got it back it's very stiff and I've checked the fluid (full).Before the repair I struggle to steer at low RPM but give it a rev and it lossen up,now it's stiff regardless of engine speed.Thank you for your time.

Have your mechanic fix it for you. He might mess up the power steering pump and he needs to fix it.
