How would one go about storing a water cooled motorcycle?

Typically, your bike has "anti-freeze" in the coolant, usually consisting of ethylene glycol, and it won't freeze until way below zero, so that's usually not a problem. If you are not sure of what coolant is in your biek, now is a good time to drain and refill it with coolant. My bike is sitting in my garage with Sta-Bil fuel stabilizer in the gas and when I haven't ridden it in a week or two, hooked up to a battery tender. If power isn't convenient, remove the battery and keep it indoors. My bike is up on its center stand, but that's not compulsory. If you don't have a garage, a bike cover or tarp will keep rain, snow and dirt off things.
