07 Silverado 1500 LTZ 4WD, 80,000 miles.

Driver seat electronics won't allow it to move at all, not forward, back, up or down.  fuses look good and light up when tested.  what else can cause this? The seat used to move intermittently , but now is just stuck.

I'm assuming you have tried pushing and pulling the seat while holding the power seat switch.

You likely will need to at least change the whole power seat assembly at the bottom of the seat or replace the whole seat altogether.

yeah i've tried everything I can think of, pushing on it, took off the rear panel of the seat to see if any wires were frayed... what exactly is the power seat assembly? the motors themselves?

The motor drives on those long threaded rods in the tracks and if something gets in there and stops it up its usually done. Sometimes you can free it up and it starts working again other times the motor is fried.
Unbolt the seat and inspect the bottom for any obstruction in the tracks. If not at least the motor is blown.

Only way to figure that is out is to remove the seat and see if you can plug in the elec connectors back in and work the controls. Its either gonna do nothing which might indicate something electrical is the malfunction, make some noise which would indicate the motor is trying to revlove but its stuck in gear or the seat could move indicating it was bound up and now is free.  You won't know until you try.  If it does not work at all then you need to twirl the cable from the motor to the gerbox which would adjust your seat to your specs.
