Hey Scotty!
I have a 2005 Lexus RX330. Love it! Unfortunately the sunroof wasn’t working and I took it to a windshield and sunroof repair specialist not knowing how it would go. He was a nice guy and told me what the problem was (broken belt) and closed it up for me in the mean time until I buy the part for him. He also claimed that dealerships themselves call him to fix customer’s sunroofs because they won’t touch them. Being that dealerships are supposed to be all about their cars, I found this crazy. Have any experience or stories with this from your customers?

Yes many places won't touch stuff like that. It often turns into "the cat came back ...". At least they know where to send people.
