Hey Scotty what's the difference and what should I use I'm in Canada and want to lubricate my suspension parts do I use white lithium grease for the metal/rubber or silicone spray or just plain wd40 please help I don't have at 205 reseal here

Well, anything that contacts metal the white lithium is best. But if it's just rubber parts you can use silicone

specifically, which parts do you need to lubricate?

AT205 reseal, as its name suggests, is not a lubricant.

Neither is WD40 (Water Displacement)
