2013 tacoma v6 prerunner 76k miles automatic
My tacoma has an intermittent rpm bounce. It happens when rpms are 1500 to 2000. When letting off the gas they drop to 1000 then jump back. It only happens when the engine is hot. I can't feel or hear anything when it happens, just seeing this on the tachometer.

Get it scanned for codes to get a starting point to diagnose the problem.
