If I purchase a vehicle in the state of Oklahoma and drive it back to my home state (Alaska), do I have to pay Oklahoma taxes on the vehicle?
Thx!

I don't think so. You should be paying sales tax from the vehicle you would be driving in your home state. I live in Ohio and I got my Ranger across the river in Kentucky. I had to pay for an inspection because it was out of state and they reported mileage, register the vehicle, and pay Ohio sales tax. Your state may be different, though.

Not likely but it depends on the states involved. Check this article out: https://www.avalara.com/us/en/learn/whitepapers/origin-vs-destination-sales-tax.html
