Shifting problems

The car is a Chrysler Grand Voyager 2.8 CRD RT 2010, automatic 62TE 6 speed.
Errors P0733, P0734 and P1790 appear.
The oil pressure in the transmission is measured at about 1.5 bar, which is too low.
The oil and filter are new.
It does not go into limp mode all the time, but it has occasional problems when shifting 3–4 gears P0734 4th gear ratio incorrect

P0792 Axle speed sensor circuit.

P0734 4th gear ratio incorrect

P0562 System voltage low

P0792 Axle speed sensor circuit
These codes were thrown by the mechanic when he started working in Zagreb before changing the lever, he later told me that the pressure was weak between third and fourth gear, and I bought some diagnostics, so with these codes forward, I sent you
733
734
1790
My diagnostics threw them out
So I changed a completely new original gear lever, supposedly it was also a defect, whether it was or not, I don't know, it was mostly changed, we didn't achieve anything
Otherwise, the car doesn't have any jerks, no problems when shifting, it mostly shifts normally and it goes perfectly
Sometimes it starts to literally tease me around town so much that it won't shift, I solve it by slowly adding and releasing the gas, it simply swallows it, so if it doesn't, then I have to stop and turn off the car
It starts and everything works normally again

Well from my experience anytime it has those codes, the transmission is breaking down internally and needs a full rebuild. Unless there's some kind of failure in either the transmission control module or the wiring going from it to the computer, those codes always show the transmission is breaking down internally
