ThinkDiag OBD2 scanner opinions

I've been researching OBD2 scanners, and the ThinkDiag scanner looks like it has a lot to offer at a good price. It's the cheapest one I can find that does bi-directional testing. It's subscription based, but even so comes out cheaper than anything else I've found that's bi-directional.

But I'm not sure how good their customer support is. And I don't see it showing up in any "best of" lists, so I'm wondering if it has issues or if it's just a sleeper product.

Any of you experts used it or have an opinion about it?

They often promise more than they ever give with their tools. For $99 the blue driver is about the best thing you can get until you get into scanners it cost 500 bucks up
