- Hey there Scotty. Been watching your channel for a long time. First time actually asking a question.
- So I have an 05 ford expedition limited edition. Looks beautiful and runs great.
- I just hit 30 and my lady is 27 but we both like the old school type of vehicles. And I was thinking of surprising her with changing my front seats to a bench seat. The type the older trucks had back in the 90s I believe.
- Other than the seat belt sensor and air bag stuff. Is there anything else I might need to prepare for before I go ahead and go on this project?
Thank you for all you do my friend. Stay safe and healthy.
Well that's an interesting mod I mean to find out if it'll fit first the radically different designs a new cars make sure there's enough room for everything to fit in there and that there's holes you can bolt into

(Depending on your local legislation) Plan to get your modified vehicle certified by the authorities in charge. Cause as long as you you are riding a modified vehicle, you are always at fault, and insurance covers nothing (at least, that is how things are on my planet 😉 )
Your current seats may have a sensor that makes the passenger side airbag(s) active or inactive.
