2007 Hyundai Sonata limited with 3.3L v6 285000miles making ticking noise every few seconds every time it ticks it has a little sparks near pulleys while running

I would guess that the bearings on one of the pulleys/devices is failing.
Take the belt off and turn the pulleys by hand to see which one it is.
Can it be a coil pack?

What do the coil packs have to do with sparks near the drive belt and pulley?
Have both the belt and pulley inspected. There may be a burr or rough spot on the belt or pulley, or some issue with the bearings in the pulley. It's a mechanical issue.
As for the coils, the biggest problem they face, from your prior description, is oil from a degraded valve cover gasket.
