Hi Scotty,
I have 2013 Chevy Tahoe with 45k miles and it has a ticking noise on startup mostly on cold weather and after a while the noise disappears.
I have a you tube video with the noise.

Can you tell where it's coming from? Sort of sounds like it's something belt driven.
I think so, it is coming from the front where the belts are. I don't hear any ticks when driving, only when the vehicle is in Neutral.

trying taking off the belt and see if the sound goes away
